Complaint Submission Form

Documents to be submitted with the form:
  1. A copy of the Maldivian National Identity Card, passport, or driver's license of the person submitting the form;
  2. If the person submitting the form is not the aggrieved party, a copy of the Maldivian National Identity Card, passport, or driver's license of or driver's license of the aggrieved party;
  3. If a case related to the complaint has been processed in a Maldivian court and if that case has been concluded, a copy of the court judgment;
  4. If the complaint has been submitted to another institution, a copy of the response given by that institution;
  5. Other documents related to the complaint.
After completing the form, please submit it along with all required documents to the reception of the Attorney General's Office. Alternatively, you may email it to [email protected].
