Request to obtain information under Act No. 1/2014 (Right to Information Act) must meet the criteria prescribed under article 6 of Act. We will attend to such requests within 21 days.

The Office has the right to reject requests which do not fulfill the criteria prescribed under article 6 of Act. The Office also maintains the right to defer requests or maintain information in accordance with article 13 and 14 of Act.
